Benchmark engineered from conception the wall bays, free standing furniture and lightboxes. The wall bays were designed to hang off steel uprights to ensure future flexibility. The store layouts were evaluated and the detail is converted into costs per store and comprehensive parts lists.
A dedicated Project Management team was set up to service the client, ensuring all requirementsare dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Stock is controlled at Benchmark based on 3’s forecasts and regular communication with the client ensures that bulk orders and stock levels are up to date and accurate.
Benchmark deliver direct to store at a rate of 4 stores a week, ensuring all units are securely packaged, palletised and labelled clearly. The delivery dates follow a tight schedule which is consistently adhered to.
