Agency created Concept Designs were provided. The designs included hero areas, promotional tables, merchant tables, seasonal displays and free standing units, all value engineered by Benchmark for roll-out. The design team needed to incorporate the units intothe standard Tesco shelving where possible.
The store plan was released and the Benchmark Tesco Project Management Team analysesd the information, converting it into a comprehensive parts list that feeds back data to the client when necessary. As part of the service agreement, stock levels are constantly monitored by Benchmark's Project Management Team, who inform the client when stocks need to be replenished.
RAM’s are completed for each installation. All equipment is installed by the Benchmark installation team, usually during store refurbishment or if necessary during low foot fall times.
